Mindfulness is a present and fully-conscious way of living that lets us to connect to ourselves in more helpful, healthy, clear and grounded ways.
Many people think that mindfulness is about ‘emptying your head of thought’, but the exact opposite is true.
Mindfulness involves being acutely aware of your thoughts, emotions, and the reasons why you do what you do in a non-judgmental, non-critical, and kindly curious way.
It means being aware in the moment and paying close attention to what is happening in the ‘here and now’, instead of spending our time regretting the past or worrying about the future.
This course will guide you through the process of immediately becoming more mindfully aware in your current emotional state to make yourself a more conscious, calm, connected and grounded person.
Julia & Scott will help you gain the foundational knowledge you need to start managing and moving through your biggest struggles with being Down, Disconnected or Depressed.
And the tools you’ll be learning in this workshop are ones you’ll be able to start practicing and benefiting from right away.
